One of a series of micro-learning modules on neurodiversity, for which I wrote the script.

They were created to address a lack of resources for neurodiverse employees, as well as to improve the understanding of managers and colleagues.

They included input from focus groups that we held across all levels of the company. Some findings were escalated as they revealed shortcomings in inclusivity in some parts of the company.

I wrote the script for this support guide, created on Rise to accompany a series of micro-learning modules on neurodiversity in the workplace, which included ADHD and dyslexia.

It was intended as a digital handout that could be kept/referred to after the training had been completed.

The clean interface and easy to navigate interface of Rise made it the best choice when it came to design.

This Rise module explains the role of the Occupational Health team in a corporation. I wrote the script and developed it.

I kept the script as short and to the point as possible in order to hold the attention of the learner. Rise’s easy-to-navigate interface complemented this approach.

This is a sample of slides for classroom training created in Powerpoint and using an existing template.

It was part of a project to revamp a large number of training packages with a new look and feel. This included a focus on ensuring accessibility for participants with ADHD and dyslexia.

This project entailed working with SMEs and other stakeholders (including policy and Health and Safety) to ensure information was correct, up-to-date and improved upon where needed.

This included introducing hands-on activities so learners could practice new skills.

This Business Ethics branched scenario interaction was created using Storyline and Vyond. It would probably never be professionally deployed, but gave me scope to have a little fun!

It allows the user to make decisions about what actions they would take throughout a scenario, with either good - or extremely dire - consequences. I wrote the storyboard and created the videos.

This short interaction was made in Storyline, with images sourced from Canva and the arguments with the help of ChatGPT. It includes an assessment created in a question bank.

I made this to showcase my Storyline and design skills in a way that will hopefully teach you something new! ChatGPT was helpful with ideas but the actual text it supplied needed finessing.
